Shipping policy

We strive to ensure your orders are processed and shipped as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines carefully before placing your order.

Processing Times

  • Standard Orders (Warehouse Items): Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat) and shipped promptly after processing.

  • Southern Luxe Collection (Direct from Vendor Items): Ship directly from our brand partners and typically take 7–14 business days to process and ship. Orders containing both warehouse and vendor items will ship separately.

  • Custom / Special Orders: Require 10–14 business days for processing before shipping.

  • We do not ship on Sundays or major U.S. holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We partner with USPS and UPS for reliable delivery across the United States.

  • Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS Ground): 2–5 business days (weight-based pricing calculated at checkout).

  • Express Shipping (USPS Priority Mail Express or UPS Air): 1–2 business days (flat $24.95). Express shipping affects transit time only and does not shorten processing time.

  • Local Pickup (Oneida, TN – 25 mile radius only): Free option at checkout. Orders must be collected within 7 business days of confirmation. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

    • Free local pickup is available for our local customers within a 25-mile radius of Oneida, TN (ZIP 37841). 
    • Do not select local pickup if you live outside this area, as this will only delay your order. If you incorrectly select local pickup and do not meet the criteria, your order will be held until the required shipping cost is paid.

  • Multiple Shipments
    Some orders may arrive in separate shipments. This usually happens when items ship from different locations. You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available.
  • Southern Luxe Items
    Some curated Southern Luxe items ship directly from our trusted partners. These items may have different processing or delivery times, which will be noted on the product page when applicable.
  • Tracking & Delivery
    Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email. Once a package is in transit, delivery timing is managed by the carrier. We’re always happy to help guide you through next steps if issues arise.

**Delivery timelines are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Weather, high order volumes, or carrier delays may extend delivery times. Tracking will be provided for all shipments once dispatched.


Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping (weight-based): Calculated at checkout by total order weight.

    • 0–1 lb → $8.95

    • 1.01–2 lb → $10.95

    • 2.01–3 lb → $12.45

  • Express Shipping: Flat $24.95 (all weights).

  • Local Pickup: Free (must meet pickup requirements).


Loyalty Program & Free Shipping

  • Sweet Perks Society – Southern Royalty (Tier 3): Members receive free shipping perks on qualifying orders throughout the year.

  • Promotional Free Shipping: Occasionally offered for orders of $100+ or during promotional events.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once orders leave our facility, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

  • Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking information closely and ensure a secure delivery location.

  • If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, please contact USPS or UPS directly using your tracking number to begin a carrier claim when applicable.

  • Package Protection may be offered at checkout for added coverage and assistance with eligible shipping related issues.

  • Orders marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier are generally not eligible for replacement or refund. However, we understand every situation is unique and will review concerns on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.


Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

  • Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs. Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order.


Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders may only be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placement. After this window, processing begins and changes cannot be made.


Preorders & Backorders

  • Preorders and backorders will ship based on the estimated vendor timelines provided at purchase. You will be notified via email once your order ships.
