Local Pickup Policy

QBAAD offers free local pickup for customers nearby (within a 25 mile radius of zip code 37841) - no shipping needed, just sweet convenience.
When choosing Local Pickup, your orders must be paid in full by selecting one of our convenient and secure payment methods, before we will add it to our pickup schedule. We accept all major credit or debit cards in our online shop, or you can pay via Facebook Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, or other options. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we will not accept COD orders (cash or check). Local Pickup refers to orders which are local to Quirky Birds Apparel and Decor, Oneida, TN 37841. If you are not local to our area within a 25 mile radius, please select the proper shipping arrangement. If you still select Local Pickup, but are in fact not local to our area, you will be invoiced for the cost of your shipping and payment is due upon arrival. ***IF YOU SELECT LOCAL PICKUP, BUT YOU ARE NOT LOCAL TO OUR AREA AND YOU CHOOSE NOT TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF YOUR ITEMS YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR CREDITED FOR YOUR PURCHASE AND YOUR ITEMS WILL NOT BE SENT TO YOU. We apologize for your inconvenience, however, we have made every possible effort to make our customers aware what qualifies as Local Pickup, therefore, the policy will not be retracted due to your oversight. No exceptions.
Pickup Schedule
Pickups can be made every Tuesday and Friday from 5:30-6:30 PM, except during holidays or inclement weather. Since the pickup location is a personal residence, we will email or private message the address, as well as, a contact number when your order is ready for pickup. If your pickup date falls on a holiday (New Years Eve, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day) then you can expect to pick up those items on the next regularly scheduled pickup day. All orders for *in-house items require 24 hours processing time to prepare for pickup, so for example, if you placed your order on Tuesday the 10th then your pickup time would be Friday the 13th. Please bring your email confirmation for pickup.
If you are unable to pickup your order on the scheduled day, we kindly ask you please notify us promptly via our social media private messaging, phone 912-712-6899, or email support@shopqbaad.com, letting us know and we will gladly put your order in the next scheduled pickups. If someone other than yourself will be picking the order up, print or email a copy of your email confirmation for this person to bring with them please.
A Quirky Bird's sign will be displayed to mark the spot! Please ring the bell for service, as we do not have anyone actively watching for you to bring your order out. Please respect the pickup windows allotted for this service. Orders must be picked up within 30 days of the order date to avoid being cancelled and a $15 restocking fee being assessed. If you have extenuating circumstances preventing you from picking up your order on time, please communicate this to us immediately by via email or calling 912-421-8766, and make reasonable arrangements to avoid cancellation and additional fee.
*Custom items typically have a turn around time of 7-9 days and we will notify you when they are ready for pickup. Items that come directly from our distributors are not locally housed, and therefore, must be received locally which takes 7-14 days from your order date. You will be contacted once those items are ready for pickup.
