Local Pickup Policy
When choosing Local Pickup your orders must be paid in full by selecting one of our convenient payment methods before we will add it to our pickup schedule. We accept all major credit or debit cards in our online shop, or you can pay via Facebook Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, or other options. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we will not accept COD orders (cash or check). Local Pickup refers to orders which are local to Quirky Birds Apparel and Decor, Oneida, TN. If you are not local to our area within a 25 mile radius, please select the proper shipping arrangement. If you still select Local Pickup, but are in fact not local to our area, you will be invoiced for the cost of your shipping and payment is due upon arrival. ***IF YOU SELECT LOCAL PICKUP, BUT YOU ARE NOT LOCAL TO OUR AREA AND YOU CHOOSE NOT TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF YOUR ITEMS YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR CREDITED FOR YOUR PURCHASE AND YOUR ITEMS WILL NOT BE SENT TO YOU. We apologize for your inconvenience, however, we have made every possible effort to make our customers aware what qualifies as Local Pickup, therefore, the policy will not be retracted due to your oversight.
Pickup Schedule
Pickups can be made every Tuesday and Friday from 5:30-6:30 PM, except during holidays or inclement weather. Since the pickup location is a personal residence, we will email or private message the address, as well as, a contact number when your order is ready for pickup. If your pickup date falls on a holiday (New Years Eve, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day) then you can expect to pick up those items on the next regularly scheduled pickup day. All orders for *in-house items require 24 hours processing time to prepare for pickup, so for example, if you placed your order on Tuesday the 10th then your pickup time would be Friday the 13th. Please bring your email confirmation for pickup.
If you are unable to pickup your order on the scheduled day, we kindly ask you please notify us promptly via our social media private messaging, phone 912-712-6899, or email assistance@quirckybirdsapparelanddecor.com, letting us know and we will gladly put your order in the next scheduled pickups. If someone other than yourself will be picking the order up, print or email a copy of your email confirmation for this person to bring with them please.
*Not all items are always available onhand in your size or colors. If we have to order your merchandise from our warehouse then we will contact you to confirm the arrival and schedule your pickup promptly.
