RETURN POLICY
We understand that sometimes an item just doesn’t work out, and we’re happy to help when possible.
Eligible items may be returned for:

A full refund within 14 days of the purchase date, or
-
Store credit within 30 days of the purchase date
To qualify for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Tags must still be attached
-
Free of makeup, perfume, deodorant, detergent, pet hair, stains, dirt, scuffs, or signs of wear

Shoes must show no signs of wear on soles
Returns that show signs of wear, damage, or use will not be approved and may be returned to the customer at their expense.
If there appears to be excessive returns, fraud, or abuse, we reserve the right to refuse future returns.
NON-RETURNABLE / FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange:

Gift cards

Bralettes, cami tanks

Bath & body products
-
Socks and hats
-
Clearance items

Any item discounted 40% or more

Doorbuster deals
If a discount code is used that results in a discount of 40% or more, the item is considered final sale.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 5 days of the delivery date by emailing returns@shopqbaad.com.

Items claimed as damaged must not be worn or washed

After 5 days, QBAAD cannot be held responsible and the item will no longer be eligible for return
Damaged items must be approved before being sent back.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION & SHIPPING
All returns must be authorized before being sent back.
Please email returns@shopqbaad.com to request approval.
Important shipping details:

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, unless otherwise stated

A pre-paid return label will be provided
-
The cost of the return label ($7.95) will be deducted from your refund or store credit
Once authorization is granted, items must be shipped back within 3 business days.
Returns sent after this timeframe may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
REFUND PROCESSING
Refunds and store credits are NOT issued until:

The item is received by our team, and
-
The item is inspected and approved as meeting all return requirements
Once approved:

Please allow 7–10 business days for processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (minus shipping and applicable fees)
-
Store credit will be issued via email
If a return does not meet our requirements, it will be returned to the customer at their expense. If we are unable to make contact, a 20% restocking fee may be applied.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer traditional exchanges due to limited inventory.
All approved returns are processed as:

A return, and
-
A store credit QR code emailed to you (less shipping)
If you’d like to secure another size or style, we recommend purchasing it immediately and using your store credit for a future purchase. We cannot guarantee availability once a return is received.
SHOP PAY ORDERS
If Shop Pay is used, payments will continue through Shop Pay.
Once your return is approved, you will receive store credit in the amount of the approved return. Shop Pay payments cannot be stopped unless paid in full.

LUXE & CURATED COLLECTION RETURN POLICY
Our Luxe & Curated Collection features a limited selection of specially sourced styles offered in smaller quantities. Because these items follow a different fulfillment process, the return terms below apply in addition to our standard return policy.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Luxe & Curated Collection items may be eligible for return only if all conditions below are met:

Return request must be submitted within 5 days of delivery

Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Original tags must still be attached

Item must be free of odors (perfume, smoke, deodorant, detergent, pet hair)

Item must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Returns that do not meet every requirement will not be approved and may be returned to the customer at their expense.
APPROVAL REQUIRED BEFORE RETURN
All Luxe & Curated Collection returns require approval before being sent back.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
REFUNDS & INSPECTION PROCESS
Refunds or store credit for Luxe & Curated Collection items are not issued until:

The item has been received, and
-
The item has been inspected and formally approved as meeting all return requirements
Please allow 7–10 business days after approval for processing.
If an item is received and does not meet return standards, the return will be denied and the item may be returned to the customer at their expense.
SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

If a return label is provided, the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund or store credit
DAMAGED ITEMS
If a Luxe & Curated Collection item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Damage claims submitted after 48 hours cannot be accepted
FINAL SALE NOTICE
Due to limited availability and special fulfillment handling, some Luxe & Curated Collection items may be marked FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Final sale status will always be clearly noted on the product page.
